Welcome to Dola Express Auto Hub, owned and operated by Dola AI International UK Group Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, marketplace platform, and all related services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Dola Express Auto Hub is a global multi-vendor marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers of vehicles, car parts, accessories, and related services. We are a technology platform and do not own, sell, or control the items listed by independent sellers unless explicitly stated.

2. Definitions

• Platform: Our website, mobile interfaces, and all services provided through dolaxpressautohub.com and related domains.
• Seller: Any individual or business listing items for sale on the Platform.
• Buyer: Any individual or business purchasing or enquiring about items listed on the Platform.
• User: Any person accessing, browsing, or registering on the Platform.
• Listing: Any item, vehicle, part, or service published on the Platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities conducted under your account.

4. Platform Role & Responsibilities

We act as a marketplace facilitator. We do not:

• Own, manufacture, or hold physical inventory of listed items (unless explicitly stated as “Platform Verified Stock”);
• Enter into direct contracts of sale with Buyers — transactions are between Buyer and Seller;
• Guarantee the accuracy of listings — Sellers remain responsible for their descriptions;
• Assume liability for goods, services, or conduct of third-party Sellers beyond our control obligations.

We do provide platform infrastructure, payment processing facilitation, verification systems, dispute support, and marketing services to connect parties.

5. Seller Obligations

• Listings must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading — including condition, mileage, compatibility, and origin;
• All listed items must be legally owned and free from encumbrances or third-party claims;
• Prices must be clearly stated and include all mandatory fees; shipping costs must be disclosed before purchase;
• Items must be as described and delivered within agreed timelines;
• Sellers must maintain valid contact information and respond to enquiries in a timely manner;
• Prohibited items include stolen goods, counterfeit parts, unsafe equipment, and items infringing intellectual property rights.

6. Buyer Obligations

• Ensure all information provided during enquiry or purchase is accurate;
• Conduct reasonable verification — where possible, inspect vehicles in person or arrange independent inspection before committing;
• Comply with payment terms agreed with the Seller;
• Notify us and the Seller promptly of any dispute, discrepancy, or non-delivery.

7. Fees & Commission

Registration and browsing are free. Sellers are charged commission only upon successful sale completion — rates are published in our Seller Terms & Fee Schedule. We reserve the right to update fees with 30 days’ notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform — including branding, design, text, graphics, code, and software — is the property of Dola AI International UK Group Ltd and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any platform content without our written permission.

Sellers retain ownership rights to their original listing content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute that content for platform operation purposes.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim;
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Disputes & Resolution

In the event of a dispute between Users, we encourage direct communication first. We offer a voluntary dispute facilitation service — our role is to assist communication, not to make binding legal judgments. Disputes shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales with exclusive jurisdiction in the English courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Modifications & Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via platform notice. Continued use after effective date constitutes acceptance. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms.
